Do you want something you don't see?
We are inspired by our clients. They often have specific needs in mind such as patterns, board thickness, boarders, features, etc. In fact, the majority or our work are custom orders.
Many patterns are partially complete waiting for precise desired dimensions to be requested from our clients. These items will ship in 1-2 weeks. Other items will be custom built from sheets of hardwood, these may take 2-4 weeks plus for delivery.
To request a custom order, please contact us at Dave@SawdustInMyCoffee.com or Text or Call (916) 284-6258. Dave will help the clients choose what is right for them, quote a price and delivery expectations. In most cases, progress photos are electronically delivered along the way.

If you have a unique wood combination in mind to match your home private consultation is available. Be aware that unless we are using the same wood stock an exact match is impossible.
The client who custom ordered this board originally called us about a different pattern. We discussed some of the patterns that we have not yet built and he asked that we build this pattern for him. He had specific dimensions in mind and he knew he wanted a layered boarder. When he saw the Purple Heart wood in the back of our shop , he asked if We could use that for his board. We mocked up some options, applied the finish and allowed him to make the final decision. As you can see, our clients truely inspire us to do great work.
Zooming in on the back of this board you will see a juice groove with a descending depth of about 1/4" to 3/4" which drains into a large juice well.
